He's assigned to Special Action 4 under Hayakawa Aki and leaps onto Aki's motorcycle to a demon assault on Kujawano Street. There, they encounter a towering Muscle Devil — a brutal chase and clash begin that forces Shisan and Aki to retreat into a ruined building as the devil pursues them.

第4章:Red Maw, Green Remedy Shisan is slammed and trapped by the flexible, brutal arms of the Zombie Demon as his regenerative Viridian Devil struggles to keep him whole. The Claw Devil and the Gluttony (Famine) Devil intervene in a savage ballet of tearing flesh and roaring hunger, turning the fight into an all-consuming purge. Exhausted and half-destroyed, Shisan collapses unconscious — only to be cradled and prodded awake by a calm woman with a braid who calls herself Makima.
